1. Who we are and what we provide

The Site is operated by corenexusia.com, a private entrepreneur (PE) registered in Ukraine.

Fitness coaching provided through the Site (including booking and assessment requests) is coaching and training support, not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. You remain responsible for your health decisions and should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical issues.

2. Booking and assessment request process

If you submit a booking/assessment request, we will review it and may respond to schedule a coaching session or assessment. Availability may vary based on our current schedule. We do not guarantee that every request will be accepted.

By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with or disrupt the Site.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not submit false or misleading information.

4. Fitness-related risks

Physical training carries risk. Before starting or changing an exercise program, consider your fitness level, medical history, and any contraindications. Stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort and seek professional medical advice if needed.

5. Content and coaching limitations

Coaching recommendations are general fitness guidance tailored to your stated goals and information you share. We may not know all medical or physical factors. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for medical advice.

We may update or discontinue parts of the Site or coaching content at any time.

6. Payments, refunds, and scheduling

If you book paid services, pricing and payment terms will be provided before you confirm the booking. Rescheduling and cancellation rules (if any) will be communicated during booking and/or in the confirmation details.

If applicable, consumer rights under Ukrainian law may apply; we will not restrict rights that cannot be limited by contract.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, corenexusia.com and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or coaching.

We do not assume responsibility for injuries, health outcomes, or results from your training, including when instructions are not followed.

8. Privacy and personal data

If the Site collects personal data (for example, via booking/assessment forms), we process it in accordance with Ukrainian data protection requirements and applicable legal bases. See our Privacy Notice for details on processing purposes, retention, and your rights.
